Step by Step Guide to the Kettlebell 2 Hand Push Press
Step 1: The Kettlebell 2 Hand Push Press
Make sure you have watched and learnt the video for the Kettlebell 2 Hand Push before attempting this exercise. To start, same as with the Kettlebell 2 Hand Push, line up the ankle bones with the horn of the kettlebell.
Step 2: The Kettlebell 2 Hand Push Press
Chop and drop the hips to find your hip hinge. Put both hands on the bell and pack the shoulders - squeeze the shoulder blades back and down.
Step 3: The Kettlebell 2 Hand Push Press
Drive up, bringing the kettlebell to the chest, sliding the hands down the side of the horns.
Step 4: The Kettlebell 2 Hand Push Press
From here, do a very shallow dip and drive up from the lower body. This needs to be explosive to help with the movement.
Step 5: The Kettlebell 2 Hand Push Press
Drive the arms up overhead, get the biceps close to the ears. Reset to the chest. Do not segment the movement, make it flow into one movement. Shallow dip, drive arms overhead, reset to chest. Repeat.
